Solution

1. On a Macintosh computer, download and install the latest MRJ (Mac Runtime Java) from Apple's website:

http://www.apple.com/java

2. Open an IE browser and browse to:

http://ct2k2.capitoltrack.com/viewer/javaviewer/reportviewer.zip

3. Save the file in:

a. Hard Drive
b. System Folder
c. Extensions
d. MRJ Libraries
e. MRJ Classes

4. Close all browsers.

5. Reopen the IE browser on the client computer, and view the report again.
