Friday is the deadline for fiscal bills to be sent to the floor in their house of origin; so Appropriations committee hearings are scheduled in both houses this week.

There are 169 bills on the SEN Appropriations Suspense file for tomorrow, and 272 bills on the ASM Appropriations Suspense file for Friday.

Let's assume each bill appropriates only $50k, (the benchmark for bills to be put on the Appr Suspense file).  What does that total?  $22,050,000!
